As per New York state law, all New York residents will be charged a 8% sales tax on all purchases, starting February 15, 2023
Shipping, Delivery, & Tracking
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of a successful payment unless notified otherwise. Due to our shipping methods, we do not ship orders after 2 PM EST or on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Ticonderoga New York (as of 2/15/2023) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The shipping charges seen on your order are the actual cost we are charged by our shipping providers and are based on the shipment weight and box sizes of your order. When checking out, please provide us with a valid street address.
P.O. Box Orders – FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. box. Please be aware this can affect shipping rates.
All orders shipped via FedEx and UPS can be tracked online with the tracking number provided once your order is processed. However, orders shipped via the US Postal Service (specifically First Class Mail) cannot be tracked.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 continental states only. [Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands ship via USPS Priority - $15.00 surcharge applies.] Orders being shipped using the Two Business Days method are an additional $15.00 and Next Business Day is an additional $25.00. Please be aware that due to staffing issues in the postal service, packages are subject to delay but will generally arrive around the scheduled delivery day.

Damages & Returns
All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we meticulously seal, bubble, and insult our packages, rare occurrences of damage can occur. In this instance, please keep the original packaging intact and email us via our Support Center for claim instructions OR follow the procedures on the enclosed return form included in your package.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. All items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping) to their original form of payment. If the return is a result of an error on our end, please notify us by email or phone within 5 business days of receiving the receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Included with your shipment is a return form. Please complete the form in its entirety and carefully pack the product into its original shipping medium along with the return form. If you are concerned your package could incur damages during shipping, please insure your package through your shipping provider. We can only refund items that arrive undamaged unless the return is a result of damaging.
